Usually needs to be paid within 14 days, and if you do not have a Direct Debit set up, best to pay it sooner so money is with O2 before the end of their 14 day grace period, @Allie4545 - this from my MyO2:
O2 are very quick to stop your phone service if the payment is late, as it is an automated process. It is a pain to get it all re-enabled if that happens, too. Good luck!
