Payment late due to no funds going in my bank been scammed

Hi there I need to make my monthly bill payment on the 25th October when my husband is paid from his new job as my part time wage as been is being paid later this month and no funds as my account been frauded. Awaiting the bank to investigate and release any refunds due on my account.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
