I have joined o2 (got the sim) in March and have sent a request to keep my number from another provider. However, that process took me more than a month to be completed! But during that period obviously I was not able to use the o2 SIM card whilst my old provider is still active. But I still got charged for that period I was not able to use o2 due to the number migration process. I’ve tried to call the payment management team, but I got cut off just like the 202 number. What should I do? Any advice?
