Payments can’t be made for both my devices with my card normally it works but today it’s not never had this problem since I’m paying with same card for a year .

O2 do occasionally have issues with card payments.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
