Hi I moved my number to other service but still got charged for full month. Can someone explain how it works when I had to pay my first bill before I even started using o2 service and how to get in touch with o2 if my o2 app doesn’t work anymore ?

All service companies want to charge up front monthly.
Check with o2 customer services here
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
