My Bill is due on the 15th. On the 10th I went on the o2 website to pay it, the web page went white & nothing seemed to happen. I checked my Bank & the amount due is in my payment pending & has been for 4 days & in My o2 it still says I've not paid the bill. I've tried to phone o2 but am on hold for an hour & give up. I've tried the Chat on the o2 app but it doesn't open. when my bill is due I will get a penalty for it being overdue. Can someone sort this out?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Setting up a direct debit would prevent such issues in the future.
