Paying my phone bill

hi o2,

 

I have an unpaid bill which I would like to pay. But I don’t have money at the moment, and I lost my job recently.

 

I will be able to pay this bill in full next Saturday (23/09/23), when I receive money from Universal Credit. Plus I am aiming for o be in full employment very soon. As I have several Job interviews lined up.

 

Can you please not discount my phone. As I promise to pay the full amount, as soon as I have money next Saturday.

 

I have been trying to call you, but my phone has been deactivated. My telephone number is xxxxxxxxxxx.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
