Hi there I tried to log into my O2 to pay my monthly bill but it’s asking for my number of the account to send a code but my texts n phone calls aren’t coming through as they have been cut off

You need to call the Payment Management Team, on 0800 902 0217  from another phone or use Skype (follow this guide Guide: A Guide to Skype )
