I have just had my o2 bill in and was surprised to see my bill was double what i was expecting, so have logged on to my account and it seems that O2 have not taken my direct debit last month ( I have been with the 11 years this has never happened, what I am concerned about though it that i have perfect credit history with my bill payments and will this show as a non payment even though it is not may fault that they haven't collected the payment?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217
