I have signed up for a SIM only plan, received the monthly SIM and sent the text SWAP to 20220
I received a message reply saying this could take up to 24 hours, it's now been over 24 hours. The message says to wait for my O2 signal to go off then put the new SIM in..
Can I also confirm my number will port from the PAYG sim to the monthly SIM when this happens?
