I need to cancel my contract with O2 UK, as I don't reside in the UK anymore. My new contract is with O2 in Germany and my UK bank account is now closed. You won't be able to draw payments out of it anymore. Please be advised that I am deaf and no-one here speaks English, so I can't converse via the telephone. Please email me for further discussions and to send me a final invoice with your bank details, so I can transfer the outstanding money from my German bank account
