Pay as you go tariff not activating

Hello,

 

I have over 10 pounds balance but my monthly pay as you go tariff is not activating. Why has this happened and how can I force the tariff to activate.   Many thanks in advance.

Speak to Cs on 4445 or 0344 8090222 from a landline or use Live Chat and they will start the tariff off for you.
