Pay as you go - regular top ups required?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I recently was in the UK for 5weeks and purchased the O2 Pay as you go with Unlimited tariff. Now that I am back in my home country, how do i keep the O2 no. that i had valid for my next use? How do I ensure that the same O2 no. I had can be used when i go to UK again, in Dec 2014.

Thank you!

Hi guys, some info from the team:

If your number is disconnected because it’s not been used much, we’d just need to check a chargeable call has been made or received in the last six months. If you’ve no credit, you’d need to top up to be able to make or receive a chargeable call

We did know that, it's the top up requirement frequency that we're not sure about - 999 days or 25 years or never???
