Pay and Go bundles

Anonymous
Not applicable

I bought a mobile for use in emergencies only and topped up with £10. I topped up on the mobile by dialing 4444. The information was far from clear, and seem to have purchased a 'bundle' that without me even using the phone has swallowed my £10. I now have a phone with no money on it and I can't seem to find on the O2 systen a top up that just lets me pay for what I use.

The phone was cheap but not much use to me if I can't call anyone.

Call cs on 4445 and change your tariff to "O2 simply pay as you go" or you can do it through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
This will just give you old fashioned payg with no bundles.

Explain to them and a sympathetic adviser may change you over and refund the credit for you.
