Hi @Anonymous There are a number of ways of making sure your bill is paid on time. Really you should have a direct debit in place and this problem wouldn't occur. However look at this link on ways to pay

Just to make you aware we are all customers on here so O2 won't pick up on anything you post on here. As said, reinstate the direct debit you cancelled. End of problems.
