Hi please could somebody tell me how to obtain proof of purchase for my s20 ultra i have 20 days to vlsim my gift but cannot get hold of anyone from 02 to ask for it its the smart watch i will be annoyed if i miss the deadline for the offer thank you

Go into MyO2 on the web, and you should be able to download your contract document from there as a PDF - this will work as PoP for the offer, @robho1.  Help on getting to the right part of O2 to view your orders and contract details here: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
