Hi, I have just joined O2 from EE and gave my PAK code when I got the phone to keep my old number. It has now been 3 days and the number hasn't transferred. From O2 help I am unable to get through to anyone to get it activated. Any idea how I do this as 3 days in I am already switching, bery frustrating!!!

Number ports don't happen over the weekend so most likely Monday or Tuesday if they've caught up yet, as there was a bit of a backlog.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have had the same problem. I have filled in the form twice now with PAC code attached. Each time I have had an email from BluePrism (who?) telling me that my request has been unsuccessful and that the information provided for our security checks is incorrect!
