Hi,
I have a pay monthly sim from O2 and want to transfer my number from EE pay monthly.
I have called as well as online form but after few hours I get a message saying: O2: Unfortunately the details you have supplied us are incorrect. Please email all the correct details to invalidpaccodes@o2email.co.uk.
Can someone help please.

Hi @Sam36 - is your EE PAC code still valid? I think they expire after 30 days or thereabouts.
If your PAC was requested recently, reach out to O2 on Social Media, links just below this post for help, as they can access your account on the O2 side, whereas we cannot. Good luck!

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

This seems so common.
I called to leave today and got a pac code sent.
Surprise Surprise it's not valid!
