PAC Not working and current sim stopped working

Hi,

I am struggling to get new PAC number as O2 has disconnected my network and the app is not opening for me anymore. 

what should I do now?

You need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 , if the phone was disconnected for anything over than debt, then you only have 30days to get the PAC Code from date of disconnection, and it may be not be available..

 

But the best thing to do is call.
