Hello,

I just phoned up and cancelled my contract, but I have received a message saying if I dont use my PAC code, the account will remain open.

I dont want to use it, I dont care for this number, I just want the account closed.

They have probably mis interpretated what you wanted.

Give them a call on 202 and specifically advise you wish to end your contract and not port/migrate via a PAC Code.

Yea, I've just phoned them back and he's cancelled it completely now.

The phone will apparently shut down in 30 minutes and no longer have network activity.

Yea, I wont do that until I see some documentation.

Not sure if I've done this the right way though as I've also requested for the iPhone 5 to be unlocked, but If i've cancelled and the network is no longer active for it, It wont work will it?

Hi

Hopefully you should be ok.

The unlock code usually comes through within 72 hours but is typically quicker.

Keep an eye out for the e mail and check your spam inboxes too.

02 unlock info here

Once you get the email regarding the unlock just put another network sim card in the phone (Voda, EE or Three)
