My contract came to an end in August 2019 - I cancelled in store. However, I was still charged, despite moving abroad to Vietnam and not using my sim. I spoke to an advisor in December when I was back in the UK and she re-cancelled my contract for me, and refunded me 2 of the extra payments of 3. However, I've now found that o2 are STILL charging me monthly, extremely high amounts of £40 plus. I hadnt cancelled my DD as I was awaiting a final refund payment. I have now done this, am I able to be refunded for these random payments?

You'll have to speak to customer service again Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
