Out of stock order

Hello there,
I have a question so i went with a different company and ordered the same iPad for it to turn out it is not in stock i then cancelled this. I saw the same one in stock on the website o2 shop and saw it was in stock. I then paid £20 upfront for it and now i have an email saying it’s out of stock. I was wondering if I could get a refund or if i could swap it for a different iPad with the same upfront?

Not sure what level stock O2 have of any iPad if honest. Ignore the fact they say it's in stock. It's not a live stock system.

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
