I have seen a few posts about the same sort of thing.
Ordered a phone a few days ago in store and got told I should have it by the end of the week. Pixel 9 Pro in stock for delivery.
Now it seems like my order is just stuck in a potentially never ending back logged queue and I am recieving the daily text message of:
O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you in the next few days. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.
I have recieved this 3 days in a row. I have now got O2 Support telling me there are Warehouse Issues affecting all orders from 29th November.
What a disaster.

yes that’s completely understandable as this is a very serious and dangerous case. But for the customers who made their orders after the date that this happened most definitely should’ve been made aware but I’m guessing the customer service and sales team didn’t get the memo! Which I think should have been put into place straight away and we could’ve been warned that our orders were going to be delayed. But nevertheless I do hope that the warehouse colleagues are safe and the issue gets resolved safely soon 🙏🏼
