Hi ,

 

I had a message through saying thanks for your order but I haven’t ordered anything I’m a bit confused?? 

This was the text: Just confirming your order has gone through - thanks. Your order number is NC17818619, and you can check on its progress through My O2: https://mymobile2.o2.co.uk/order-history

 

I’m confused what this is?

This is a system error which has been going out to customers 

You are being moved to the new 360 billing system and adjustments are bing made to ensure you remain on the same terms.

It was supposed to be fixed, but lots of people are still getting them

Frightening, but nothing to worry about.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It's just a system message that get sent when O2 transfers you to the new 360 billing system.

Nothing to worry about.
