Do you mean you can't call customer services, or you can't put the sim in another phone?
You can either use Skype to call the 0800 number (which you should be able to do as you are posting on the community) - Guide: A Guide to Skype - or message customer services using social media (again, using t'interweb)...

And they should be able to help you

Suggest you talk to the sales team
you can call them on 0800 081 0255
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Alternatively Message them
