Order esim

Hi all,

 

It's not convenient for me to drop into a local O2 store to order an esim so I'm trying to do so online. However, I am going round in circles and unable to navigate the O2 web site to where I need to be. Also I called 202 this morning and they said because of tech problems they couldn't help and I had to call back tomorrow. I've left a FB messenger message at 08:38 this morning and but that remains unanswered. Any advice?

As @Pedro1968 has tried all the usual methods and got nowhere, maybe @O2Lisa can assist?
