recently ordered a new Galaxy S20 that was on offer with free buds. Tracked my order and received handset swiftly BUT was told my order was split between 2 separate deliveries and was awaiting something else. Now says order is complete even though I've still to receive second part of order. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Thanks for the swift reply. Just found that out. Any idea what the 2nd part of my order could be? Was dispatched 11/08/20 and even had a tracking number but DHL didn't recognise it. Many thanks again.

Possibly a sim card if one was sent with phone.
