Order cancellation

I upgraded my phone and enrolled in a new plan on the 5th of October. I chose click and collect, however there was an IT problem with the delivery and the people from the store couldn't release the phone. After many tickets raised to IT the problem couldn't be solved and they are going to send the phone back.
I need the order canceled to be able to order another phone, and I don't know what's going to happen to the plan I have enrolled to already. Will it be cancelled too?
