My Wi-fi calling and 4g have just been turned off

My Wi-fi calling and 4g have just been turned off by O2 without warning. There’s no way to turn them back on. I can’t even call o2 to ask them what’s going on. Please help!! I’m totally remote and need Wi-fi calling as there’s no signal here.
