Hi ALL
Firstly many thanks for the assitance and direction.
I have spent the last two hours ringing O2, being forwarded and then call dropped.
Is there a complaints email address as attempts to speak with O2 persons is not a viable option.

Try this first:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
If that still fails we'll try and get an O2 rep to contact you, but that won't be until tomorrow.
