the sims. Is there an option to get the numbers onto a new sims. Thanks

Hi ALLFirstly many thanks for the assitance and direction.I have spent
the last two hours ringing O2, being forwarded and then call dropped.Is
there a complaints email address as attempts to speak with O2 persons is
not a viable option.ThanksAwais
