O2 phone coverage greatly reduced in PE9 area. Why

Anonymous

I have checked with other O2 users and all agree that the phone service is reduced and sometimes non existent for the last week or so. Any ideas why?

Check your postcode here for any details of repairs, maintenance or network upgrades.

It's important to input the full postcode though as "PE9" could cover a large area serviced by a number of masts.

Nope.  Still no signal.

A little customer service would have neen nice warning me not to arrange this week off as I would be in a mobile black hole.

Who do I contact to find out when the work will be completed?

If you ring or live chat you might be able to find out it will depend on if its planned maintenance and they have the parts and man power to fix or if its been damage or theft of the wires etc and they need to get parts in. Ive just come off the phone to 3 about my local mast and they were able to tell me when it was due to be completed.
