Does anyone know how i go about changing my mind on a new phone contract i ordered the s10plus buy im now thinking id rather the s20 but i cant seem to contact any one to arrange a return under the change my mind policy. I know its been extended to 30 days but i cant get to talk to any one at o2. Any help would be appreciated x
