O2 open discounts

Why can,t I use my o2 open discount on the iPhone 12 pro I was not informed of this before I upgraded infacted the opposite I was told I could get the discount.

I'm afraid that is listed on the excluded devices list on the o2 open website along with a lot of other Apple Devices.

I would always recommend checking the o2 open site first before upgrading.

I would start by contacting Customer Services and seeing if they can do something for you.

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Open is not allowed at the launch of any new device but you can use family plan or friends and family discount.

O2 Open is usually made available ablout 3 months after launch.
