O2 open discount - Openreach?

Hello, im trying to find out if O2 give discount to Openreach employees. They give discount to BT employees, and we are essentially the same company. I've tried the 'OPEN openreach' text to 61202 however i get a text back saying 'please text back OPEN followed by the specific organisation you are employed by' 

I've only got 14 more days to apply this discount, and cannot phone due to o2s current circumstances.
