O2 email?

Anonymous
Not applicable
I was wondering how I can contact O2 via email?

I've had my pay monthly phone stolen in Costa Rica so I need to have it blocked but I'm travelling alone so I can't phone O2 as it says to on their website. Also live chat says offline despite it being between the online hours in UK time.

If anyone knows a way around this that would be very helpful!

Thanks,

Alan

There is no email contact for O2 as it would be insecure, the number you need is here, so it's best to find a phone you can use.

You cold try online chat again if there's no other way.
