O2 deducted money from my account for no reason

Last month I was furious because my money was deducted and my plan was not renewed. I cancelled the rolling plan and went back to big data that I can control. Just this morning my money was deducted again. I really find this fraudulent because last month nothing was done about it then again..

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 4445  or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217, @Ruth23 - and even if more was taken than you thought, it should remain as a credit to use next month.

Just like last month they're useless.

Was on the call for over 40minutes the person I spoke too obviously was not familiar with their plans because she didn't know the difference between rolling plan tariff and big data bundle. And she kept arguing with me.
