Hi i have a 1g limit on my tariff i keep on getting messages that my limit has been used but when i check my usage i've only used 360mb from the date my data limit has been refreshed.

If you're checking online you may have a similar problem to me (see here) where the allowance given in one part of the site or from the O2 App does not tally with what should be there from the Data bolt on.
I've contacted customer services who are looking into it.
