My o2 app isn’t working. I set it up 2 weeks ago but it’s still saying it takes 48hours to be able to access it. What do I do? How can I fix this?

@Llll - if you can log in to your MyO2 via browser, https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin , then uninstall the MyO2 app, reboot the phone and reinstall. If it still does not work, check your app store for updates in a few days.
If login via browser also fails, reach out to O2 via Social Media at the link just below. Good luck!
