Hi @Anonymous

You'll need to call customer services to see what you are being charged for.

Free number from abroad on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Calls and texts are chargeable too as well as data but you may not have data turned off fully.

CS will be able to see your charges and advise accordingly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Just put phone into flight mode and using WiFi as o2 can’t unnecessarily charge me for services I am not using !! Then disput the charges when I return home, as if I am out of range of the hotel WiFi I can’t connect to Internet, so can’t of been using the o2 data !!!
