I transferred my contract from Pay Monthly to Pay as you Go and was informed that it would take 24 hours to activate my sim card, following the cancellation of my contract.
I am currently without a phone and would like my new sim card activated but cannot do this by phone.
Is it possible for this to be done over the Internet, considering I can't log into my 'my o2' account because that requires a text confirmation?
