I Placed an order for a fast track upgrade on 26th April and paid £179.99 for the handset. I waited a week and had no update since it was out of stock, but the local stores had stock. So I called to cancel my upgrade online. This has sucessfully been cancelled last Friday 3rd May.
They have taken £179.99 from my bank account and I would like this refunded since I cancelled my order. Anyone know how long it takes as I need this back or will they even refund it back lol!!!!

Normally it takes over 5 days to process a refund.
Your best bet would be to call CS and speak to them as to when its going to be refunded.
