So, 9 days ago I got a call from Customer Relations regarding an order that was stuck on Processing instead of being cancelled. It should have been cancelled 2 months ago. Was advised IT will cancel the order within 5 days. Even at 5 business days we are past the deadline. No one responding - they closed the complaint even tho it wasnt resolved as the order wasnt cancelled.
Now the O2 service is going downhill fast, virtually none existent data when 5G saying almost full bars. Calls coming through and ringing once and disconnecting and not to mention trying to speak to someone who can understand my query.

And yes, the offshore call center handling processes are probably in need of a major overhaul, along with the automated call handling system itself - if you say "speak to someone" on the phone, during business hours, the call is handed over to a person, @CorGre
You may find similar at some of the other mobile networks as well, from what I read on other forums.

With regards to 5G It is likely to be 5G None Stand Alone which still relies on 4G back haul in many places. Poor 4G can result in poor 5G.
Where I am now I have 5G on EE. It's totally unusable!

It doesnt bother me as much... but when younger ones are complaining in the car cause their socials arent loading its annoying to hear the nagging constantly lol
