O2/GiffGaff

Anonymous
Not applicable
I understand & know that GiffGaff is an mvno & uses O2 network to run on but just asking for a friend who is on GiffGaff..

Why do I on O2 have better signal when we are in the same place & they have less signal on GiffGaff which is the same service

ASU id far more relevant and apps such as "Network Signal Info" on android (and others I guess) give a more accurate reading.

That's odd I've never seen anyone complain about that before.

It does depend on area. For me in Cov area there's little difference but I have noticed giffgaff considerably slower when I am in Liverpool - I guess it all down to the number of users latched on at the time ?

I agree it can't be down to GiffGaff slowing it down.
