O2 Complaints

Anonymous
Not applicable

Having joined 02 in May 13, I have had numerous problems with handsets, blocked sims etc.

I sent a complaint to complaintreviewservice@o2.com on the 28th May, and received the email telling me the SLA for response was 7 days. I heard nothing. Since then, I have re-sent the mail on the 10th June, and the 19th June, and have received no response.

How do I go about getting a response and escalating? Not very impressive customer care!

and your statements and requests are wrong and misinterpreted. Hope you're not set on waiting for that letter to arrive ?

I look forward to a swfit offer of cancellation in accordance with the priciples laid out by the regulatorary body.

Oh dear, that's a very poor interpretation of the terms that you agreed to and the terms surrounding the increase.

You will not receive an offer to cancel your contract as no terms have been broken by O2.

If anyone is to blame for this try Ofcom who created this situation.

Between today and yesterday I have spent over 2 hours in the chat line, with about 6 different people. I just wanted my PAC but all they did was try to divert my attention by offering me the devil and all. The when I would get to when I might accept the offer, that person disappeared and someone new came on and went over the whole palaver again. I just want my PAC code, which they are obliged to provide.

I wrote to the Chief Executive but did not even get an acknowledgement. I am now going to the Ombudsman.

I think since SKY took them over, they couldn't give a damn.

I hope you get your facts correct before going to the Ombudsman, as you could be wasting even more of your time....?

Yep, I missed that too.
I also assume the complainant has fully followed the O2 complaints procedure and is in possession of a "deadlock" letter from O2 ?
