O2 Account Sign In

Hi everybody!

Since the date I've registered with O2 (a week ago) 4 times I had to change my account password, every time I signing In, the password is not being recognised, if this happens again, next time I have no alternative but to contact O2...

Just wondering...! Has anyone had the same problem with their account?

@Cleoriff  When I got transferred from TalkTalk, my new contract with O2 was with  a new temporary SIM and new number, myO2 contact details was with TT SIM's number, I think the glitch was there... and now that my old number from TT is with O2, I have no problems since... also the problem could be the signing in and logging out of the 2 accounts I have with O2 (My wife's and mine) from the same PC, the PC Server may get confuse... may be?

More likely to be a sign in and password issue but yes, as long as you sign out correctly there should be no issues using two accounts on one pc.

Happens to me all the time . Continually changing passwords .   And why doesnt 02 use a wide variety of symbols.  Symbols are useful for top priority accounts .
