why is my mobile number not showing on my account *******

I should only have one number on my account (REMOVED)
why was my bill over £20 should only be £12 Disney plus was ment to be free to me for 6 months for all the troubles I had with 02 a couple weeks ago back and forth to the shop phoning 202 getting nowhere, the problem started when I phoned 202 to get my sons number put over to my account that my dad was paying for so I needed it transferred over to me as it was coming to an end for me to renew and start paying instead 202 gave me my sons number and cut my number off and the problems I had trying to get my number back and get back up and running was such hard work in the end I got my number back and my sons should have been deleted as I never took out a sim contact out for him in the end that I went to sky for him and luckily his sim come the next day. I went a week without my number which is a big deal, as my dad has a terminal brain tumour on end of life care, doctors nurses and the hospice all phone me and it was awful being cut of from people my work couldn’t contact me neither my friends. I never asked for my number to be cut off and be replaced. Anyway iv got my number back as an 02 store managed to sort it and gave me a sim so I am back up and running but I want my number to be showing on my account (REMOVED). It looks like I been charged for Disney plus on my 02 bill that was ment to be free as a good wheel gesture for all my troubles travelling to 02 stores one day an 02 worker spent 2 hours on the phone to 202 trying to sort my problem and it still never got sorted that day all the parking charges ect because 202 was of no help and everything they promised never happened. So please can you get my number showing on my account and tell me that I am only paying for one number and also if I am to get Disney plus free for 6 months. Many thanks
