i have been trying to contact again about complaint, I spoke with customer service people and after 30min, have been disconnected,
and again how long do I need to wait for?
last time was told 48h (four days ago)

Have you put an official complaint in?
O2 are taking about 8 weeks to respond at the moment

Have you considered trying to contact O2 via social media ? The social media team have a good reputation and, whilst you might occasionally need to remind them, will be easier to get hold of than the telephone Customer Service team.
