Number transfer

I joined O2 few weeks ago. Now i want to transfer my old (vodafone) number to O2. I’ve filled the form with pac code and submitted on 26th of december. Still no reply from O2

You'll need to call customer service.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I realise the bank holidays and weekend will have delayed things but can you put in a request to the porting team so that @Jezzajezza at least gets notification

If you didn't receive a text with a transfer date then the request has not gone through.

I would resubmit the form, although I would recommend to wait till next week (once the bank holidays and weekend are out of the way)

A simple process of bumber porting is taking so long. My pac code will expire tomorrow. Do i need a new pac code if O2 doesnt process my number porting request. Not a pleasant situation for me on xmas and new year. I’m paying two bills at the moment. One to O2 and other to vodafone.

Yes, you'll need a new PAC from Vodafone if the old one expires.
