Number porting issue PLEASE HELP

I ported my number some time a go. It is my old Vodafone number now on my 02 sim. I can make calls but I do not receive them or any text messages other than an iMessage. I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. If someone calls my number it goes to an old Vodafone greeting. Please help

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).
